We’ve deliberately kept the team small. Not because we can’t grow, but because every person here needs to care about the work the same way Daniel does.
When you call DMS, you’re not getting a call centre. You’re getting the people who actually show up to your house or business. The ones who design your system, install it, and stand behind it.
Everyone on this team lives locally, knows the area, and understands that their work reflects on all of us. That’s how we like it.
Daniel Spiteri
Founder & Director
Daniel started DMS in 2019 after years working on large-scale commercial and industrial projects across Sydney. Places like BlueScope Steel and Visy, where precision matters and shortcuts create problems.
Growing up in Emu Heights, he saw an opportunity to bring that same commercial-grade thinking to local families and businesses. Six years later, he’s still directly involved in every project, still answering the phone, and still personally checking that work meets his standards.
He’s passionate about air conditioning in a way that surprises people. Ask him about ductwork design or zoning strategies and you’ll understand. He genuinely enjoys solving comfort problems that other companies walk away from.
Outside work, Daniel’s involved in local footy when his knees allow it and is raising a young family in the area.

How we work together
Everyone here knows the whole job matters, not just their bit.
The person who designs your system talks to the person who installs it. The technician on-site can call Daniel directly if something’s not right. There’s no “that’s not my department” because there are no departments, just a team working on the same thing.
We meet regularly, talk through projects, and share what we’ve learned. When someone finds a better way to do something, it becomes how we all do it.

Supporting team members through additional licensing and specialised certifications.

Weekly discussions about projects, problems solved, and techniques learned.
Safety & Compliance
Current certifications in workplace safety, working at heights, and electrical compliance.

This isn’t a team that commutes from across Sydney. We live here, our kids go to local schools, and we run into customers at Westfield Penrith.
