Air Conditioning Technician
Full-time
We’re looking for an experienced technician to join our installation and service team. You’ll work on residential and commercial projects across Western Sydney.
What you'll do:
- Install ducted and split system air conditioning
- Service and maintain existing systems
- Handle electrical work as part of installations
- Work directly with customers on-site
What you need:
- Current air conditioning licence
- Electrical licence (or working towards it)
- Own reliable transport
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail

Apprentice Air Conditioning Technician
Full-time
We’re taking on an apprentice who wants to learn the trade properly. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians on residential and commercial projects.
What you'll do:
- Learn air conditioning installation and service
- Assist with residential and commercial projects
- Develop electrical skills
- Customer interaction and communication
What you need:
- Keen to learn and work hard
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attitude
- Driver’s licence (or working towards it)
- Able to work in roof spaces and handle physical work

What it's like working here
Small team that’s grown deliberately. We focus on quality work, not just getting through as many jobs as possible.
You’ll work directly with Daniel and the team on a mix of residential and commercial projects. Some days you’re installing ducted systems in family homes, other days you’re working on commercial buildings or industrial facilities.
We invest in proper training and development. Manufacturer training, technical certifications, and learning new techniques. The air conditioning industry evolves, and we keep the team’s knowledge current.
Direct access to decision-makers means if something’s not right or you’ve got a better way to do things, you can say so. We’re not interested in “that’s how we’ve always done it” if there’s a better approach.
